Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Affensus, CouponBrain, the extract API, the dashboard, and related sites. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Affensus provides a specialized extract API. You send promotion text with a Bearer key. A successful extract returns structured coupon data and uses one credit.

We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service. We will try to give notice when a change is material.

You must give accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep secrets private. We show a new key once.

Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Unused credits expire 12 months after the grant. Promo and bonus credits follow the same extract rules unless we say otherwise.

Do not use the service to break the law, attack our systems, resell access without a written deal, or send traffic you do not have the right to process.

Extracts are inferred from the text you send. We do not guarantee every code is valid at a merchant. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Affensus, CouponBrain, and the product remain ours. You keep your source text. We may use extract logs to operate, bill, and improve the service.

We may freeze or close an account for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or unpaid risk. On termination, keys stop working. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Affensus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for a paid pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
