Account data you give us: email, name, and optional business billing details.

Usage data: extract requests, responses, credit grants, payments, API key metadata, and dashboard activity.

Technical data: IP address, user agent, and security signals we need to stop fraud.

We use this data to run the API, bill credits, send transactional email, prevent fraud, and improve CouponBrain.

We may add your email to our contact list so we can send product updates. You can ask to be removed.

Stripe processes payments. Resend sends email. Our model host runs extract inference. Hosting and database providers store the app.

We do not sell your personal information.

Account and billing records stay while the account is open and as long as tax or fraud rules require. Extract logs are kept to operate the product and resolve disputes.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email [email protected]. We may keep records we must keep for law, refunds, or fraud.
