When a credit pack can be refunded.

Unused paid packs
A Stripe pack can be refunded if every credit in that pack is still unused. Promo packs and bonus credits are not refundable.
If any credit from the pack has been used, that pack cannot be refunded.
How to request
Sign in, open the dashboard, and refund the unused pack from payments. The refund goes back through Stripe.

Timing
Stripe usually returns the money in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card.
Expiry
Credits expire 12 months after the grant. An expired pack is not refunded.
Disputes
A chargeback or payment dispute may freeze the account and revoke unused credits. Ask us for a refund first.
